Job summary

Suja Life, LLC is hiring an Operations Forklift Operator for the 1st shift in Oceanside, CA. The role requires forklift operation across HPP/Bottling and Packaging/Packout areas, with real-time data entry via NetSuite or RF Smart and strict safety adherence.

Responsibilities include moving pallets, organizing materials, and supporting packing/pack-out, while maintaining compliance with SOPs and GMP/HACCP guidelines. Strong computer skills and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or diploma required.
• 1–2 years forklift operation experience.
• Proficiency with computers and handheld devices.
• Experience with RF Smart systems and data entry in NetSuite.
• Ability to follow company policies and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Enter transfers in real time using NetSuite or RF Smart.
• Operate equipment safely, quickly and efficiently.
• Report safety concerns and equipment misuse promptly.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas.
• Assist with packing, labeling and documentation as needed.
