Job summary

Suja Life on-site in Oceanside, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist (1st Shift) to maintain accurate inventory through regular counts of finished goods, ingredients, and packaging materials. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential; English required, Spanish a bonus.

The role includes coordinating with production and warehouse teams, labeling and organizing inventory, and safely operating forklifts. Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic Word/Outlook skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory counts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle various inventory types and configurations during counts.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure live operation accuracy.
• Organize warehouse areas and stage inventory for production needs.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of all inventory items.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely.
• Follow safety, GMP, HACCP, and SOP/SSOP protocols.
