Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair equipment in our poultry processing environment. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, quick repairs, and supporting production continuity while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical skills, experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, and the ability to respond to emergency maintenance within 30 minutes.

Qualifications

• Proven industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read manuals/blueprints and use testing devices.
• Able to work in poultry processing environment with variable conditions.
• Must be able to respond to emergency maintenance within 30 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Repair, install, adjust, and maintain machinery throughout the plant.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for repairs.
• Inspect parts for wear and defects.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs and on-call calls.
• Keep work areas clean and safe; support a safe work environment.
