Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for on-site work at the Liberty Plant. The role involves daily and preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations to keep poultry processing equipment running safely and efficiently.

Strong mechanical and electrical skills, troubleshooting ability, and independent work habit are essential. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, parts replacement, and responding to emergency maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance or electrical work.
• Strong safety practices and adherence to standards.
• Proficient with mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Repair, install, adjust, and maintain machinery throughout the plant.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery for repairs and replacements.
• Inspect parts for defects and perform replacements as needed.
• Lubricate, clean, and adjust equipment and components.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs within required time frames.
