Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a first-shift Production/Plant Worker in Opelika, AL to support manufacturing operations. You will assist all plant-floor roles, follow safety rules, and help reduce downtime while maintaining 5S standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be willing to work the first shift (5:30 AM- 3:30PM)
• Must have a good attendance record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support a manufacturing operation to boost productivity and reduce downtime and waste.
• Assist all jobs on the plant floor as required.
• Follow all safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Keep shop and equipment clean per 5S standards.
• May be required to stack parts up to 30 lbs for up to 12 hours.
