Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking team members to support plant operations and drive productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will assist all plant floor tasks, adhere to safety procedures, and contribute to a culture of efficiency and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work all shifts, and a willingness to overtime. Prior packaging/manufacturing experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork valued.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends if needed.
• Experience in packaging/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations to increase productivity and reduce downtime and waste.
• Assist all plant floor jobs and facilities tasks.
• Follow safety rules and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain 5S standards for shop and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May stack parts up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
