Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor in Bristol, IN to oversee day-to-day production, ensure quality, and lead staff to meet set labor and yield standards. The role requires strong people management and organizational skills to maintain smooth plant operations.

Ideal candidates will have food manufacturing experience, knowledge of food safety principles, and the ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate with other departments to maintain continuous production and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Operations or Manufacturing preferred.
• Two+ years in manufacturing, preferably food industry, with Lean experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production to meet performance and quality standards.
• Create daily schedules to ensure lines are adequately staffed.
• Lead a team to produce high-quality items at required pace.
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance and development.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time start-up.
