Jobot is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a 1st shift on the Blandon, PA plant floor. You will direct daily operations, coach hourly employees, and drive improvements to productivity, safety, and quality in a food manufacturing environment.

The role calls for strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to GMPs and food safety. You will partner with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse and Planning to meet production goals while maintaining standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hourly manufacturing teams on 1st shift.
• Knowledge of GMPs, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Proven ability to analyze production data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support day-to-day production activities safely and on schedule.
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly staff; foster accountability.
• Monitor production performance, quality, and equipment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Planning to sustain operations.
• Review metrics and address inefficiencies to improve overall performance.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with SOPs.
