Paycom - ATS is seeking an Experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations in Plover, WI. You will schedule staffing, lead a team, monitor quality, and coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure on-time start-ups.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and 2+ years in food manufacturing, with strong leadership, math, and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Operations or Manufacturing Management preferred.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience in food industry preferred; Lean experience desired.
• Knowledge of food processing practices and food safety principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot plant equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Strong math, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with multiple computer software programs.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and monitor day-to-day production to meet performance and quality standards.
• Create daily work schedules to ensure lines are properly staffed.
• Lead a team to produce high-quality items at appropriate pace.
• Oversee employee performance and identify development needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time start-ups.
• Monitor inventory and materials for daily schedules.
• Maintain and improve production processes.
• Perform audits to ensure customer specifications and AOP compliance.
• Ensure documentation and checks are completed; conduct quality and safety audits.
• Liaise with maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
• Manage day-to-day issues and other duties as assigned.
