Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for Bristol, IN. You will supervise daily production, lead staff, and ensure quality and efficiency to meet set standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, cross-department coordination, and process improvements.

Minimum education is high school diploma; a related Associate degree is preferred. Prior food manufacturing experience and strong people leadership are preferred to drive performance and safety in a plant setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate degree in Operations or Manufacturing Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production to meet performance and quality standards.
• Create daily work schedules and ensure lines are staffed.
• Lead a team to produce high-quality items at required pace.
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time start-up.
• Monitor inventory and materials for daily schedule.
• Maintain and improve production processes.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs and audits.
