• Good PC skills using Excel, Word and internet.

Responsibilities

• Order parts, supplies and maintain required documents.
• Schedules vendors and related work.
• Mechanical / Machine repair experience a plus.
• Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations.
• Performs minor electrical maintenance (fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs, ballast, etc.).
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance (leaks, drains, lines, hoses).
• Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (surfaces, doors, locks).
• Reconfigures, installs, positions, and remounts modular offices and space to maximize office space.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
