Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of the physical facility and support maintenance mechanics and facilities staff.
• Perform handyman maintenance tasks such as furniture moves, simple electrical projects, spot painting, light construction and exterior cleanup.
• Coordinate with outside contractors on building and equipment repairs; operate site equipment as needed.
• Assist with AV setup for meetings or conferences and perform incidental tasks (mail deliveries, recycling, stocking break areas).
