Qualifications

• Associates degree in project management, trade school certificate, or equivalent with basic PC skills.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in facilities or maintenance.
• Strong communication (oral and written) with employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Self-starter and team player; able to work under pressure.
• Organized with ability to deliver project plans.
• Willingness to travel to various sites.
• HVAC knowledge and ability to diagnose basic issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for building issues with vendors and maintenance.
• Coordinate small to large facility projects with vendors and paper work.
• Assist with building security and respond to emergencies.
• Monitor and replace lighting; perform basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Support moves and furniture installation.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections (Fire Extinguishers, spill kits, etc.).
