Job summary

Eaton in Royal Pines, NC area is seeking a FAB Machine Operator for the 1st Shift. You will set up machines, operate equipment to produce parts, and interpret work orders and drawings.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills. No visa sponsorship or relocation is offered; candidates within 50 miles will be considered. Overtime may be required and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation assistance offered; within 50 miles radius.
• Active-Duty Military candidates exempt from roaming area.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to produce parts and perform setup on PLC, Analog, or Manual machines.
• Interpret work orders, drawings, and Kanban cards; complete paperwork and system transactions.
• Inspect finished components and perform operator maintenance on machining equipment.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to new Operators; perform TPM and 5S+ daily.
