Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a 1st shift Processing Floor Lead to join the Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg. Base pay ranges from $19.90 to $23.45 per hour with potential increases after 90 days.

This role covers leading the egg processing operation, scheduling production, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Compensation includes monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses, generous paid vacation, comprehensive health coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and wellness reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Associate degree in food science or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience with Cooper Farms or a similar operation preferred.
• Organizational and written/verbal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
