This role offers a first-shift schedule from Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM–3:30 PM and Friday 6:30 AM–12:30 PM, with pay ranging from $25 to $30 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CNC Set-Up Operator, CNC Machinist, or similar role.
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or both.
• Strong machine set-up skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine set-ups for CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce quality components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and offsets as needed.
• Make minor program edits and machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
