Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a CNC Machinist for the York Haven, PA area on 1st shift. This role offers hands-on setup and operation of CNC equipment, including lathes and mills, on custom projects.

Overtime is available and the position can lead to long-term growth within a stable manufacturing environment. You will read work orders, set up machines, and produce quality parts that meet customer specifications while supporting other shop areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining or CNC operator experience in manufacturing or sheet metal environments.
• Ability to set up and operate CNC equipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Reliable, adaptable, and willing to work in different areas of the shop as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Okuma Horizontal Mills, Vertical Mills, and Turn Lathes).
• Read work instructions, perform machine setups, and produce quality parts that meet customer specifications.
• Support production needs, maintain efficient workflow, and assist in other manufacturing areas when required.
