Cpvmfg in Kennett Square, PA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to set up and run CNC machines, inspect parts, and document process data. The role requires reading blueprints and measuring to exact tolerances, with attention to safety and quality in a temperature-controlled shop.

The position offers a Monday-Thursday 3:30pm–1:30am schedule after training on 1st shift and a competitive hourly wage of $20–$25, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tolerances.
• Experience operating CNC machining centers and monitoring tool wear.
• Attention to quality standards and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints.
• Operate CNC machines, start machines, monitor operations and record data.
• Inspect parts and adjust to meet specifications.
• Measure parts using micrometers, gauges, calipers or rulers.
• Deburr and wash parts.
• Maintain, clean, and lubricate machines.
• Follow OSHA and safety rules and maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
