Merritt Woodwork in Mentor, OH is seeking an experienced Millwork CNC Operator to set up and run a 5-axis CNC machine, load materials, read shop drawings and work orders, and ensure precision in cabinetry and architectural millwork for ultra-luxury interiors.

You will monitor machining processes, perform quality inspections, make basic machine adjustments, and collaborate with a skilled team in a fast-paced shop committed to safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-axis CNC machining experience preferred.
• Millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, or furniture experience a plus.
• Ability to read drawings, measurements, and work orders.
• Experience with CNC machinery, tooling, and measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday & Friday's

6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Tuesday – Thursday
