Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner for the 2nd shift to perform a variety of custodial tasks across facilities. The role requires following established standards under supervision and delivering high-quality cleaning services.

You will handle floors, surfaces, restrooms, trash removal, and routine maintenance tasks daily. No prior experience is required, but you should be able to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and use cleaning tools efficiently.

Qualifications

• No previous cleaning experience required.
• Able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Capable of using cleaning tools and equipment.
• Uses backpack-style vacuum cleaner.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and energy.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean daily and shampoo as directed.
• Dust furniture, display cases, pictures, and surfaces.
• Wash windowsills, interior doors, glass, and interior walls as appropriate.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report defects such as clogged urinals and lights to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily; replace liners as needed.
