Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Shuttle Driver - 1st Shift in Iowa. The role involves coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, loading with a forklift, and transporting materials between facilities.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CDL Class A, forklift certification, and at least 1 year of experience. You will work 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Forklift certification required.
• 1 year of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and move product using a forklift.
• Pack and load product and stage orders for delivery.
• Organize storage areas and assist with cycle counts.
• Transport materials to/from manufacturing plant and adjacent warehouse.
• Comply with all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
