Eaton is hiring for an Assembler (1st Shift) in Reno, NV. The position offers a starting hourly rate of $20.47 with core hours from 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM. Responsibilities include bench assembly, using fastening hardware, and following work instructions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand continuously during the shift.
• Must have fine manipulation of hands and repetitive motion.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple repetitive bench assembly of parts and components.
• May use bolts, screws, clips, and other fastening devices.
• Work under close supervision and may work from models, samples, or simple diagrams.
• Pick, pack and pull orders in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Support LEAN initiatives including 5-S and visual management tools.
