Eaton is seeking a 1st Shift Assembler II in Camarillo, CA. Core hours are 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with an hourly rate of $20.00. Benefits, including PTO, parental leave, 401k with company match, and health insurance, are offered from day one.

The role involves assembling subassemblies, reading drawings, wiring and soldering, and adhering to aerospace workmanship standards. Prior experience in electromechanical assembly is preferred.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of Camarillo, CA (50 miles) will be considered for this position.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person.

Mansioni

• Assemble, fit, fasten, and install parts to form subassemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, illustrations, and specifications to determine layouts and sequences.
• Position and align subassemblies in jigs or fixtures and follow work instructions.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures to maintain a clean work area.
• Stage materials for shipment and prepare wires and components for termination.
