Job summary

Andromeda, a market and infrastructure platform for compute, is hiring its first dedicated People Operations Generalist to own onboarding through offboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance-review cycles. You’ll partner with Talent, Finance, IT, and leadership to ensure smooth employee experiences from day one.

You’ll maintain accurate records, improve processes, and support employees and managers with discretion and care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations or HR Operations with end-to-end employee lifecycle ownership.
• Experience supporting employees and managers with discretion and sound judgment.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and connected People systems (ATS, payroll, benefits).
• Experience running performance-review cycles and updating records and payroll.
• Working knowledge of employment-law and compliance fundamentals.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding through offboarding, including preboarding, onboarding, internal moves, and changes to compensation or leaves.
• Serve as a primary resource for employee and manager questions and resolve routine issues.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR, payroll, benefits, and equity systems.
• Build and improve People processes, templates, and self-service resources for consistency and scale.
• Own day-to-day benefits administration and renewal preparation; work with leadership on plan design.
• Own payroll readiness and inputs; reconcile changes with Finance and payroll providers.
• Run performance-review cycles; coordinate calibration and document outcomes.
• Maintain compliance calendar and records; coordinate with counsel and payroll providers.
• Lead discrete People Operations projects from problem definition through implementation.
