Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Second In Command (SIC) to support the PIC in safe and efficient operations under Part 135. You will help coordinate the crew, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure passenger service standards during domestic and international flights.

The role requires ATP, FAA First Class Medical, and substantial fixed-wing experience with multi-engine hours, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Travel is 100% on rotation.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of FAA Part 135 regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.
• Computer skills for word processing, email and web-based/mobile apps.
• Attention to detail and team orientation.
• ATP certificate and FAA First Class Medical.
• 2,000 hours Total Time (Fixed Wing) and 200 hours of Multi-Engine time.
• Valid Passport; CANPASS authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support safe and efficient flight operations under Part 135.
• Coordinate with PIC and lead the crew.
• Greet passengers, assist seating and luggage.
• Prepare and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Travel on rotation and maintain high professionalism.
