flyExclusive is seeking a Second In Command (SIC) to support the Pilot-in-Command in safe and efficient operation of company aircraft. The SIC will assist with flight preparation, regulatory compliance under FAA Part 135, and ensure exceptional customer service on domestic trips.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to procedures, with responsibilities ranging from pre-flight coordination to in-flight support and post-flight duties.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong initiative and a positive attitude.
• Ability to coordinate and lead the crew in flight operations.
• Maintain compliance with FAA Part 135 and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient flight operations for domestic trip assignments under Part 135.
• Adhere to duties in company procedures manuals.
• Maintain a current first-class medical certificate and report any impairment.
• Maintain professionalism and coordinate the crew.
• Greet passengers, assist with seating, and manage luggage storage.
• Conduct passenger briefings and respond to requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
