Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking an experienced Second In Command (SIC) to join our flight operations team. The SIC reports to the PIC and assists in safe aircraft operation under Part 135 regulations while coordinating with crew and ensuring top-tier customer service.

The role requires FAA first-class medical, ATP, and extensive knowledge of federal aviation regulations. Travel may be up to 100% and the position offers a dynamic, safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires awareness of Part 135 regulations and FAA/ICAO rules.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient flight operations for domestic trips under Part 135.
• Maintain a current first-class medical certificate and report any impairments.
• Coordinate and lead the crew and greet passengers with professionalism.
• Adhere to company procedures and update teams on operational changes.
• Support mission success with timely, accurate documentation.
