Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Second In Command (SIC) to support the Pilot-in-Command in safe operations under Part 135. The SIC will prep and assist in flight planning and ensure compliance with FAA regulations.

This role requires 2,000 hours total time (fixed wing), multi-engine time, FAA First Class Medical, and ability to obtain CANPASS. Travel 100% on rotation. Work with state-of-the-art aircraft in a safety-focused environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FAA, ICAO and Part 135 regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read, comprehend and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient flight operations for domestic trip assignments under Part 135.
• Adhere to company procedures and manuals.
• Maintain a current first-class medical certificate and report medical changes.
• Lead and coordinate crew operations and passenger handling.
• Conduct passenger briefings and assist with seating and baggage.
