Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking an experienced Caravan Seaplane Captain (PIC) to support operations by transporting parts, supplies, and technicians to worksites. You will perform all flight duties per FARs and company procedures, prioritizing safety and precise execution in every mission.

The role requires FAA First Class Medical, 1,200 total hours with 500 PIC, and the ability to work up to 100% travel. Home base is remote from Miami, FL, with the candidate residing within one hour of TMB for

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
FAA First Class Medical and IFR proficiency are required.
Total flight hours: 1,200; PIC: 500; cross-country: 500; night: 100; instrument: 75 (50 actual); seaplane: 100.

Responsibilities

Safe and efficient flight operations for all trip assignments with high customer service levels.
Maintain professionalism and ability to coordinate and lead deliveries.
Greet passengers and assist with seating and baggage storage.
Review customer service items including parts pick up/drop off, refueling, customs, and vendor communications.
Conduct passenger briefings when required.
Adhere to company procedures and maintain flight/duty records.
Maintain a current first class medical certificate and report any medical issues.
