Job summary

Jet Aviation Staffing seeks a Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) to join our worldwide flight department. Safely operate private company aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations and company SOPs, with emphasis on passenger service and safety.

Responsibilities include flight planning, NOTAM review, weather interpretation, pre‑flight inspections, weight and balance calculations, and timely logbook entries.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent educational hours; Bachelor's preferred.
• Commercial Multi-Engine Land Certificate with Instrument rating.
• FAA First Class Medical Certification required; Type Rating highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate private aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations and SOPs.
• Plan flights, select routes, assess fuel, and review NOTAMs and weather.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections; calculate weight and balance.
• Maintain logs and participate in SMS program and continuous improvement.
