You will intake documentation via phone, email, or fax, assess coverage, and enter data into the ERP system while maintaining clear written records. A high school diploma and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact to process new injuries reported by customers.
• Provides excellent customer service and care to insureds.
• Receives and intakes new initial claim documentation via phone, email, or fax.
• Inputs new claims into ERP system and maintains written documentation.
• Reviews policy information to determine coverage and assess severity.
