Job summary

The position offers a generous annual leave and a start date at the end of November in the USA, with salary USD 6000 DOE and opportunities for crew training and career progression.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and professional First Mate to join a dual-season charter yacht.

Requirements

• Yachtmaster is essential, working towards OOW with proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
• Heavy deck presence and ability to lead the deck team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience operating large chase boats is essential.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work within a close knit international crew with commitment to training and career progression.
• Applicants must hold a valid B1B2 Visa.

38m motor yacht - Dual-season programme, will be cruising the Caribbean for Winter 2026.
