Burgess Recruitment seeks a Chief Steward(ess) for a 50m private and charter yacht based in Florida. The candidate should have proven chief steward experience, up-to-date maritime certifications, and exceptional service with owners and guests. B1/B2 visa is required; a strong, organized interior leadership is essential.

Salary is USD 7,500 per month plus DOE, with 48 days leave and vessel program including Bahamas charters. Start date ASAP. Burgess is an equal opportunity employer.

Location: Florida

Salary: USD7.5K + DOE

Leave: 48 days

Vessel Program and itinerary: Based in Florida with charters in Bahamas
