Job summary

Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking a Purser for a 100m+ yacht, joining a busy charter program in Spain. The ideal candidate will have extensive Purser experience on large charter yachts and hold ENG1, STCW and other relevant certifications.

You will oversee all administrative functions onboard, manage budgets, accounts and inventory, and coordinate guest itineraries with port clearances. This role requires independence, professionalism, and collaboration with department heads to ensure

Qualifications

• Must have experience as Purser on large charter yachts.
• ENG1, STCW and any other valid certifications in hand
• Relevant Purser qualifications and experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment
• Confident in overseeing all administrative functions on board, managing budgets, accounts and inventory systems
• Able to manage guest itineraries, customs and port clearances
• Collaborate closely with department heads to maintain operational efficiency
• B1/B2 visa required

Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking a Purser for a 100m+ yacht.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Purser to join a dynamic crew on a busy charter yacht.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Must have experience as Purser on large charter yachts


• ENG1, STCW and any other valid certifications in hand


• Relevant Purser qualifications and experience


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment
