Job summary
Burgess Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Steward(ess) for a 65m busy private/charter motor yacht. The role covers interior service and housekeeping, with a rotation between the two disciplines. The successful candidate will bring a friendly vibe and strong service standards onboard.
Start date is 1st December. Location: SXM. Salary: EUR DOE. Leave: 42 days. Bonus scheme & training budget are offered, and the vessel operates on a private/charter dual-season program.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1.5-2 years of experience with longevity in similar roles.
- STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2, PDSD.
- Confident & comfortable in service and housekeeping, rotation between both areas.
- Passionate about delivering high standards of service, table setups, basic cocktails, flower care and coffees.

The ideal candidate will be confident and well-versed in all things interior and will bring a positive, friendly vibe onboard.
- Minimum 1.5-2 years of experience- with longevity
- STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2, PDSD
- Confident & comfortable in service and housekeeping as the role will be rotation between the two
- Passionate about delivering a high standard of service, takes pride in their work, enjoys creating table set-ups and knows the basic cocktail, flower care, and coffees
- Well-versed in housekeeping
- Great team player, personable and drama-free
- Enjoys working in a close-knit team and keen to participate in events
- Charter experience is a plus
- Any additional skills would be beneficial
