Burgess Group is seeking a Deckhand for a 60m+ private/charter motor yacht. This role requires an outgoing, proactive crew member to join a busy, dynamic deck team onboard.

You will work with guests, lead junior crew, and handle tender driving, watersports, and charter operations. Start date before 25 November; location is Europe first, crossing to the Caribbean, with generous leave and tips share.

Formación

• All certificates up to date.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Confident with guests (jet & propeller essential).
• Watersports experience.
• Charter experience.
• Confident on deck with good knowledge.
• Happy to lead junior crew.
• B1/B2 Visa.
• Extra skills highly valued - DJ would be a great addition.

Responsabilidades

• Join a crew on a 60m+ private/charter motor yacht.
• Lead junior crew as required.
• Interact with guests and ensure safety on deck.
• Operate tender when needed.
• Support charter operations and itinerary planning.

We are looking for an outgoing, proactive and experienced deckhand to join a great crew onboard a busy private/charter motor yacht.

Requirements

• All certificates up to date

Salary: EUR 3200 + DOE + tips
