Job summary

Agave is hiring its first full-time Marketing Lead to own day-to-day marketing, from content and campaigns to conferences and the website, as Agave evolves from one product to a multi-product platform.

Based in San Francisco, you will own positioning, channel experiments, and the customer email program while partnering with founders to drive revenue. This is a hands-on, owner-level role in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience in B2B software or similar field.
• Hands-on with campaigns, content creation, and events.
• Comfortable in a small team with high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Positioning & messaging across the product line and doc coherently.
• Design, run, and read out channel experiments beyond referrals and conferences.
• Own content production: blogs, case studies, newsletters, emails.
• Own conference materials, flyers, banners, and booth assets.
• Manage customer email program and lifecycle emails.
