Job summary

Agave, based in San Francisco, seeks a hands-on, technical Product Manager to own end-to-end product development on top of our proprietary infrastructure. You will ship products to ARR growth, collaborating with Product Analysts, Account Executives, and engineers to move fast and expand revenue.

You will own the full arc from idea to shipped product, with deep collaboration across teams and a strong emphasis on platform thinking, customer focus, and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software product development experience.
• Experience with APIs, databases, SQL, and Postman.
• At least 2 years of full-time software industry experience.
• Strong ownership and ability to ship with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Define what gets built and prioritize based on signals from customers and market.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineers, PMs, and GTM teams.
• Go deep with customers to understand workflows and needs.
• Set and drive the product roadmap across a portfolio.
• Think in platforms; ensure new work leverages existing infrastructure.
