Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support by phone, email, and remote access.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
- Diagnose problems and guide users through troubleshooting steps.
- Escalate complex issues to higher support levels.
- Install, configure, maintain, and repair computers, software, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and identify recurring issues.
- Train users and assist with training materials.
- Work with users, technicians, and management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
