Intertape Polymer Group is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor-1st Line to lead daily production in our Operations department. You will overseeshift activities, coordinate material flow, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.

The role emphasizes coaching hourly employees, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with the Operations Manager to meet production goals while controlling costs. A bachelor's degree and prior supervision in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.

• Plan, supervise, and direct daily production operations.
• Coordinate production to minimize downtime and meet quality goals.
• Coach and develop hourly employees.
• Assist in selection and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping compliance.
• Manage payroll hours and reporting.
