Job summary

Addepar in Mountain View is hiring its first internal recruiter to build a scalable talent engine for technical roles. You will shape early hiring processes and partner with schools and agencies to attract top candidates.

You will manage the ATS, coordinate interviews, and track recruiting metrics to drive efficiency. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and help Addepar grow its engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate travel and meals.
• Communicate with candidates promptly throughout the interview process.
• Manage and refine the applicant tracking system and candidate details.
• Define, measure and track recruiting metrics.
• Refine and tweak our systems to meet changing hiring needs.
