You’ll be responsible for managing and building relationships with recruiters, schools and candidates. You should be metric driven, always looking for ways to be more efficient. • Manage and refine our applicant tracking system. You should live and breath the details associated with each candidate.
• Define, measure and track recruiting metrics
• Refine and tweak our systems to meet our changing needs.
