Job summary

Peregrine Technologies seeks a Procurement Manager to become our first in-house buyer, handling software/IT, marketing, travel, and services. You will own vendor negotiations, renewals, and the full lifecycle while balancing business needs and risk with Security and Legal.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT, Marketing, People/Ops, and executives in a fast-paced environment, building process, governance, and tools to scale procurement practices across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or commercial negotiations in a fast-moving tech environment.
• Proven track record independently owning vendor negotiations, contract management, and renewal tracking across multiple functions.
• Experience evaluating vendors and negotiating favorable pricing and terms.
• Comfort influencing stakeholders, pushing back when needed, and partnering cross-functionally to keep purchasing disciplined.
• Experience coordinating vendor security and data privacy reviews (SOC 2, DPAs) and reviewing core contract risk terms with Legal/Security.

Responsibilities

• Own the full vendor lifecycle from sourcing to renewal.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, payment terms, and risk with suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and guide purchasing decisions.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive savings while maintaining quality.
