You will partner with FP&A, Security, IT and Legal, shaping a world-class procurement function. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in SaaS procurement, strong data skills, and a track record coaching teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Procurement (Specialist/Manager) with people leadership.
• Experience with SaaS vendors and procurement improvements.
• Strong data management and analytics capabilities.
• Ability to negotiate and sustain internal/external relationships.
• Effective communication with c-suite and cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and resilience in changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of two, coaching through growth and performance.
• Lead complex procurement projects across functions with clear priorities.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Security, IT, and Legal on purchases and improvements.
• Build relationships with vendors to maximize value and discounts.
• Drive AI-powered procurement process improvements.
• Provide procurement training to company employees.
• Communicate a compelling vision aligned with Operational Finance goals.
