Job summary

Moov Pool Products is seeking the first Sales Representative for the Northern California Territory based in Sacramento. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
• CRM experience and field-based selling are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market penetration across the San Francisco region.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote our solutions.
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals.
• Partner closely with the Regional Sales Manager and sales team to maximize growth opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities throughout the region.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and forecasts within the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates on territory performance, key accounts, and sales pipeline development.
