Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Support queue to ensure timely ticket resolution.
• Resolve requests at first contact and educate users on hardware/software.
• Provide customer service in person, by phone, and by email.
• Support IT asset lifecycle management: ordering, installation, disposal.
• Develop knowledge base articles and documentation.
• Perform user administration: new users and account unlocks.
• Identify trends to prevent future issues.
• Participate in projects: software/hardware rollouts, network, training.
