RH Hospitality is seeking a courteous Host to create an exceptional first impression for guests in our design galleries. You will warmly welcome guests, guide them to their tables, and uphold RH’s elevated service standards throughout the dining experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and passionate about delivering seamless, elevated service while representing the RH brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in guest-facing or hospitality role.
• Authorized to work legally in the U.S.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol and work shifts per local regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Class Service at all times.
• Greet guests, guide them to their table, and ensure the visit begins and ends with exceptional care.
• Maintain organized host stand, coat closet, menu display, and dining room areas.
• Serve as a RH brand ambassador by presenting a polished appearance and having strong knowledge of RH offerings.
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and maximize guest experience.
