Job summary

RH is seeking a dedicated and service-focused Server to deliver an elevated dining experience in our design galleries. The ideal candidate is passionate about guest experiences, attentive to detail, and capable of guiding guests through their dining journey with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities include providing first-class service, recommending menu items, processing payments, maintaining table and dining room presentation, and acting as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
• Legal authorization to work in the country where applying
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol and work certain shifts
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting environment by providing First Class Service that reflects RH's standards of hospitality
• Guide each phase of the guest dining experience with confidence and care, offering knowledgeable recommendations and anticipating guest needs
• Process all guest payments efficiently and in accordance with safety, compliance and security procedures
• Uphold high levels of quality and presentation throughout the dining room, including table maintenance, curation and overall cleanliness
• Serve as a brand ambassador by engaging warmly with guests and maintaining expertise knowledge of RH's menu offerings
• Champion a team-first mindset by supporting your team and ensuring the dining room remains refined and prepared
