Job summary

Walt Disney Parks and Resorts is offering a Labor Relations Internship in Anaheim, CA, for six months from January 2027 to June 2027. The role provides day-to-day and project support to the Labor Relations team and may involve administrative duties during negotiations and arbitrations.

Interns should understand labor- and HR-related laws (NLRA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA) and be available to work on-site in a full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, in the Pacific Time Zone.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university and taking at least one class.
• Not have completed one year of continuous Disney Internship or Disney College Program.
• Be at least 18 years old and have unrestricted work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day and project support to the Labor Relations team.
• Assist with negotiation and arbitration logistics.
