Job summary

The Labor Relations Intern at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts in Orlando, Florida, is a full‑time, six‑month internship from January 2027 to June 2027. The role provides day‑to‑day and project support for site‑specific collective bargaining agreements and related labor relations work.

On‑site, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM ET, 40 hours/week. Pay rate is $23.00 per hour with select benefits; housing assistance may be offered in Florida, and the role requires eligibility and 18+ age.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university and taking at least one class.
• Not have completed one year of continuous Disney Internship/College Program.
• Be at least 18 years of age and possess unrestricted work authorization.
• Major or coursework in Industrial and Labor Relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with negotiation and arbitration logistics.
• Support grievances, collective bargaining, and operations initiatives.
• Conduct legal research for internal and external audiences.
• Archive and maintain documents.
• Provide backup support for administrative functions.
